Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send a Pantone or RAL reference and we return a colour chip together with the sample spool, before you commit to a production run.
How consistent is the diameter?
The diameter tolerances for PLA and PETG are ±0.02 mm, while for other materials such as ABS, the diameter tolerance is ±0.03 mm. Specific details about these tolerances can be found in the product description.
How should the filament be stored?
Sealed with desiccant, away from direct sunlight. If a spool has been open for a while, dry it before printing.
What is the lead time?
The generation cycle and delivery time can only be determined with specific quantities and specific addresses.
